Before your appointment

Eyes & Lashes

Come with a clean face and lashes; avoid eye makeup or oil-based products around the eyes.

Comfort

Services take 2–3 hours; dress comfy; avoid ponytails and high buns.

Contacts

Don’t wear contacts during the service; remove or skip lenses.

No Caffeine

Skip coffee beforehand — caffeine makes lashes flutter and slows the set.

Booking policies

Payment

A $15 deposit is due at booking and applied to your final payment. It’s non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel. Balance due at the appointment.

Grace Policy

Please let me know if you’re running late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after 10 minutes, the appointment is cancelled. Please respect my time as I respect yours.

Cancellation

Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Refund Policy

No refunds on completed services. I’ll gladly adjust or correct your lashes within 48 hours — reach out ASAP for a complimentary fix.

Health & Safety

If you’re sick, please cancel or reschedule. No additional guests due to space limitations and to keep a focused environment.

After-Hours

Appointments before/after regular hours are available on request for a $20 fee — DM me a date and time.

Fills

Book fills every 2–3 weeks with at least 40% of your lashes remaining; anything less is charged as a full set.
